Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety procedures.

5+ years of field experience with 2+ years in a lead or foreman role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

OSHA 30 certification or willingness to complete.

Proven track record of successful project execution.

Fabricate ductwork, platforms, and custom metal components to spec.

Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, brakes, shears, and rollers.

Read and interpret shop drawings and specifications accurately.

Ensure quality and accuracy in all fabrication work.

3+ years of sheet metal fabrication experience.

Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.

Experience with layout, forming, and assembly.

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
